It works – the video – and that is so true. Beyond a certain point the money is irrelevant – you need autonomy and self motivation and a sense of being able to improve things. I've always said that as long as I was paid enough to live on I valued job satisfaction above everything else. Why spend 40+ hours a week doing something just for the money when you don't get anything else out of it?
I thought the video was interesting and pretty well sums up what I've always thought!
